Why learning Japanese breaks for most adults — and the three principles we rebuilt around.
Adult English-speakers do not fail Japanese because the language is hard. They fail because most curricula were designed for classrooms, not for the way grown-ups actually acquire a second language: with a job, a family, and at most forty-five minutes a day.

Principle one — Input before output, always.
